Minelaunched offers paid subscription services (monthly or annual) as well as certain free services. Access to a paid subscription implies making a recurring payment to the site editor. Each subscription automatically generates an invoice corresponding to the billing period chosen by the customer (monthly or annual).
A service may be represented as an offer, plugin, theme, launcher or the game itself (property of Mojang AB), usable via a customer account or outside the platform through Minelaunched’s external software.
Access to a service is only assigned to the customer's account once the first payment has been made. The subscription remains active until its expiration date, provided that payments are made on time. In the event of non-payment, access to the service may be suspended or terminated without notice.
Each unpaid invoice constitutes a due debt. In the event of non-payment or repeated payment incidents, Minelaunched reserves the right to transfer the debt to a collection agency for recovery. Additional recovery and administrative fees may then be applied.
The purchase or renewal of a subscription does not in any way guarantee that assistance will be provided by the managers of the site for the activation of the service concerned. It is the customer's responsibility, by taking note of the information provided by the publisher, to carry out the activation process.
Subscription services are billed at the rate in effect on the day of order confirmation or renewal. The publisher reserves the right to revise prices at any time, while guaranteeing that the customer will be informed before any modification to their subscription amount. Rates are set according to the specificities of the services and may be updated without prior notice, except for ongoing subscriptions already billed.
Certain promotional offers or discounts may be granted for a fixed duration, as specified in the relevant sections of the site.
Subscriptions offered by Minelaunched are available in monthly or annual plans. Each subscription automatically generates an invoice at each billing period (monthly or annual according to the customer's choice).
Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each period, unless cancelled by the customer at least 48 hours before the renewal date. Cancellation can be made at any time from the customer's personal area.
Any invoice issued is due from its issue date. In case of payment failure (insufficient funds, expired card, etc.), an automatic reminder is sent to the customer. Without regularization within 7 days, access to the service may be suspended until payment is received.
In case of non-payment after several reminders that have remained unanswered, the unpaid invoice may be forwarded to an external collection agency or subject to legal proceedings. The costs related to this procedure (file fees, penalties, late interest) will be borne exclusively by the customer.
Any late payment automatically entails, without the need for a reminder, the application of late interest at the legal rate in force, as well as a flat-rate compensation for collection costs in accordance with article L441-10 of the Commercial Code.

The customer agrees, before paying for their subscription, to provide valid and up-to-date information. The service is made active immediately after payment confirmation.
Payment providers as well as Minelaunched reserve the right to block access to services in the event of fraudulent or unauthorized practices aimed at modifying online offers or reselling them. If such practices are detected, no refund will be issued.
Minors can subscribe and make payments only under the supervision and in the presence of their legal guardian.
According to Article L121-20-2 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot apply once the service or subscription has been activated. By way of derogation from article L. 121-20-1, the customer retains a right of withdrawal within 7 days after the initial purchase, provided that the service has not yet been delivered or activated.
To request withdrawal or cancellation, the customer must contact Minelaunched via the contact form. Any request that does not comply with the legal deadline or lacks sufficient information will not be considered.
If the customer requests deletion of their account or cancellation of a subscription before the end of the current billing period, the sums already paid and invoiced remain due and will not be refunded.
Minelaunched reserves the right to suspend or delete a customer account in case of non-compliance with these terms, fraud or abusive behavior. Account deletion does not cancel invoices already due.
